1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms and Conditions. All projects require a signed agreement prior to the start of work. No services will commence without a signed contract and acknowledgment of these terms.


2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All original designs and deliverables created by The Good Good Art Company, LLC become the intellectual property of the client upon final payment. The client retains full copyright ownership of all assets delivered.

The Good Good Art Company, LLC does not assume responsibility for the legality, originality, or usage rights of logos, names, trademarks, graphics, or content provided by the client. The client affirms that they have the legal right to use any elements submitted for use in any project.

The client grants The Good Good Art Company, LLC permission to use these materials as needed to fulfill the services requested. The Good Good Art Company, LLC is not liable for any trademark or copyright infringement issues related to client-submitted materials.

The Good Good Art Company, LLC assumes no responsibility for the content in its original or final form and will not be held liable for any legal outcomes resulting from its use. All responsibility rests solely with the client.


3. Media & Photo Project Liability

By placing an order for photo restoration, media conversion, or related services, the client acknowledges and accepts the following conditions:

  • Materials may be non-transferable due to age, fragility, format, or damage.

  • The Good Good Art Company, LLC will not be held responsible for damaged or non-transferrable materials.

  • Clients assume the risk that materials may not be returned in the same condition.

  • Clients are responsible for the cost of return shipping, if applicable.

  • The Good Good Art Company, LLC will make reasonable efforts to repair damaged media, but no guarantees are made.

  • Clients must provide written permission to convert, restore, color, or print any submitted media.


4. Payment Terms

The Good Good Art Company, LLC offers an optional rush service and emergency service for expedited project delivery. 

  • Rush Fee (24-48 hours): $60 per hour for nonprofits, $75 for small businesses & entrepreneurs, and $100 per hour for established larger businesses & corporations

  • Emergency Fee (12-24 hours): $90 per hour for nonprofits, $120 for small businesses & entrepreneurs, and $150 per hour for established larger businesses & corporations

  • Project Kill Fee:  Kill fees (canceling a project that is already started) range from 25% – 100% of the project total depending on how far along the work is at the time of cancellation.

  • Payment Late Fee: 10% after 15 days, then +5% every 15 days after that

These fees above will be quoted based on the project’s scope and urgency and must be agreed upon in writing before the project begins. 

For all orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required ahead of service, unless agreed otherwise, and is due before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery of final files.

Payments must be made using approved methods. Invoices must be paid within the terms stated. Delays in payment may result in project delays, late fees, project kill fee or termination, listed above.


5. Limitation of Liability

The Good Good Art Company, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the service in question.


6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Nolan County, Texas.


7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
