Important Information
Project Deposit & Rush/Emergency Fees
- Service Deposit: For all orders, a 50% deposit will be required ahead of service, unless agreed otherwise.
- Sales Tax: Taxes not included in listed price.
- Tax Exempt Organizations/Entities: You must supply your tax exempt form prior to service.
- Rush Fee (24-48 hours): $60 per hour for nonprofits, $75 for small businesses & entrepreneurs, and $100 per hour for established larger businesses & corporations
- Emergency Fee (12-24 hours): $90 per hour for nonprofits, $120 for small businesses & entrepreneurs, and $150 per hour for established larger businesses & corporations
- Project Kill Fee: Â Kill fees (canceling a project that is already started) range from 25% – 100% of the project total depending on how far along the work is at the time of cancellation.
- Payment Late Fee: 10% after 15 days, then +5% every 15 days after that
- Contract for Services: Signed contracts are mandatory prior to service
- Extra Revision Rounds: $45 per hour for nonprofits, $60 per hour for small businesses & entrepreneurs, and $75 per hour for established larger businesses & corporations — minimum 1 hour

Need it sooner? Rush orders are available for an additional 25%–50% fee for jobs needed within 12–72 hours.

Photo Printing Policy
No returns accepted for custom prints. We promise the highest quality possible based on your original photo’s resolution.
If your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll gladly reprint or offer up to a 75% discount based on the issue.
