The provider you meet in a Virtual Visit is of the same standard and training as those you meet in person at one of our centers. In fact, our providers host Virtual Visits right from our centers, so there is a chance you have met them in person before.
Care at your fingertips
You’ll receive a text 20 minutes before your Virtual Visit and an email 5 minutes after to complete your registration. Then, use your computer, tablet or phone to describe your symptoms and have your provider virtually examine areas of concern.
Virtual care for common illnesses and injuries
The virtual providers or teledoctors can evaluate and care for minor illnesses like asthma, respiratory infection, colds, flu, mild fever, headache, nausea, sinus infections, sore throat, and more.
During a telemedicine urgent care visit, the providers can also care for minor injuries and infections like animal and insect bites, pink eye, poison oak and ivy, rash, urinary tract infection (UTIs) and more.
